Founded in 1986, C.D. Lyon Construction, Inc. has grown from a local Ventura contractor into a full-service general contractor trusted by oil and energy producers across the California Central Coast.
Our crews perform the heavy, high-stakes work of the oilfield: pipeline construction and repair, production facilities, structural concrete, process pipe fabrication, certified welding, and industrial sandblasting and coatings — in the shop, in the field, onshore and offshore.
With more than 100 skilled employees and a modern equipment fleet, we deliver turnkey projects while remaining agile enough for emergency callouts and maintenance programs. Digital project collaboration — including Bluebeam and our secure client portal — keeps owners, engineers, and subcontractors on the same page.
